Michael Chance Bitzer
Chance brings years of competitive hockey experience and a deep passion for player development to every session. His coaching philosophy centers on the fundamentals — skating, edges, puck control, and hockey IQ — delivered in a way that keeps athletes engaged and improving.
Whether working one-on-one or running a full camp, Chance meets each player where they are and builds a path toward where they want to be. He believes the details win games, and that confidence built on the ice carries into every part of life.
Off the ice, Chance is committed to being a positive role model and mentor, helping young athletes develop discipline, resilience, and a lifelong love of the game.
